As a travel expert, I felt I had to give a critical assessment here, sadly.

However, the next morning, the Japanese-style breakfast box delivered to our room was fantastic; the harmony between the neatly prepared side dishes and the rice was superb, making up for the disappointment of the night before.

Overall, the lack of service staff, leading to less professional assistance, is definitely an area the resort needs to focus on improving for future guests.
